Vaccination against Swine Flu:
Are available if you are in any of the at risk groups listed
below.
Patients with Diabetes, Heart, Lung, Kidney Disease, Pregnant
women and all children aged 6mths to under 5 years are eligible to have
this vaccine.
Also patients who may be immuno-suppressed are eligible, but please ring
and speak to the nurse BEFORE you attend.

Thursday 25th Feb 5:20pm - 6:20pm
Friday 8th March 11am - 12:30
HOLBROOK SURGERY
Monday 22nd Feb 2:30pm - 3:50pm
Friday 26th Feb 11:50am - 12:50
Friday 5th March 17:20pm - 18:20pm
If you fall into any of the at risk groups listed above and would
like to have the swine flu vaccination no appointment is necessary,
just call in on any of days and times.
