SERVICES NOT COVERED BY THE NHS
The NHS does not cover all services, eg insurance claim forms, private
medical examinations, private sickness certificates and some
immunisations, and a private fee is chargeable for them.
Please speak to the receptionist for advice on the likely charge, but some fees will depend on the time taken to complete the form etc and therefore will only be known when the doctor has assessed the task.
Please note that VAT will be charged for private prescriptions and some
private medical services.
