FOREIGN TRAVEL AND IMMUNISATION
If you are planning to travel abroad our Practice Nurses can provide the
necessary vaccinations and advice.
Please contact the surgery and specify that this is for travel advice.
You will be asked to complete a form detailing the areas to be visited
as it will be necessary for the nurse to obtain up to date advice on the
immunisations required for that area. (You can open and
print a copy of this form by clicking on the link below. Complete this and send it to the surgery. Please telephone the surgery two weeks after it will have been received to find out what has been recommended for you.)
There will normally be an administration fee of £12 per course of
vaccinations and vaccination certificate. However there are some
specialised vaccines which cost more. The nurse will advise you on this.
