Services via EMIS Access
From the Emis Access website you can book an appointment to see a doctor
at the Holbrook and Shotley Practice or order a repeat prescription
online. However you will need to register
for this service in advance.
 
HOW DO I REGISTER FOR EMIS ACCESS?
You must be a fully registered patient and need a letter from us
containing personalised access codes. To get this letter you need to
come to Reception in person and ask for 'Registration for EMIS
Access'.
You will need to bring with you two forms of identification, one which
shows your photo e.g. a passport or photo driving licence, and one proof
of current address.
Once you have the access codes and instructions you can connect to the
EMIS Access website at any time and register. Then you will be able to
make or cancel doctors’ appointments over the internet up to 5 weeks in
advance.
