If you are over 65 and/or have
- Heart disease
- High Blood Pressure
- Asthma
- COPD (Chest disease)
- Kidney disease
- Diabetes
- Chronic liver disease
- Are immunosuppressed due to illness or treatment
- Are the main carer for an elderly or disabled person
Please come for a free flu vaccination at Holbrook or Shotley
Surgery. No appointment on the clinic afternoons is needed.

Please note
This is the normal seasonal flu vaccination. It is not the vaccine
against swine flu which is currently being developed. Those vaccinations
will be offered separately, at a later date, to slightly different
categories of patients.
Full information about the swine flu vaccination programme will be made
available as soon as possible.
